About me
I am a psychologist and cognitive psychotherapist. More specifically, my approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I work with children (over 8 years old), adolescents and adults.
My clients describe me as calm, genuine and approachable. I strive to create a safe and confidential atmosphere where you can be exactly who you are. My working approach is listening and exploring, but at the same time active and goal-oriented.
In therapy, you will learn to look beyond the surface of your problems and recognize your strengths. You will be given a variety of tools to help you take care of your own mind. I will help you find the important things you want to go towards in your life. Let's get your life back on track together.
I have developed my career in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused psychotherapy (TF-CBT). My expertise includes anxiety disorders (panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social phobia, selective mutism, obsessive-compulsive disorder), where I use a variety of exposure therapies, exposure and response prevention (ERP), and prolonged exposure.
I have experience in treating sleep disorders, eating disorders, depression, weight management, chronic pain, burnout and stress. I am currently interested in new process-based and transdiagnostic methods.
I graduated as a psychologist in 2011, with a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration in 2010, as a cognitive psychotherapist in 2018, and as a psychotherapy trainer in 2022.
