Training
I offer training related to mental health, well-being and psychological work to groups and organizations. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy methods.
Training topics may include, for example: anxiety and fears, exposure techniques, stress and burnout, depression, sleep, eating and weight management issues, chronic pain and behavior change. My areas of expertise include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused methods.
The training is tailored to the needs of the client and the target group. When planning a training, please contact us via the contact form or by email.
Training psychotherapy
I offer training psychotherapy to psychotherapy students and those completing training as psychotherapy trainers. My therapeutic approaches are cognitive psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
The work can include, among other things, practical CBT methods, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure-based methods, and the treatment of anxiety and other mental health problems.
You can book an introductory appointment for training psychotherapy directly through the online booking system.
Supervision
I offer individual and group supervision, particularly for mental health and healthcare professionals. Supervision supports professional development, well-being at work, and the development of professional identity.
Supervision can address challenging situations in client work while also deepening practical skills in areas such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure-based methods, and the treatment of anxiety, stress, and burnout. I also enjoy supervising groups.
If you are looking for a supervisor for yourself or your group, please contact me first using the contact form or by email.
